The Trojan horse is a wooden model of horse that Odysseus had built to break through the Trojan walls and sneak into the city. The war has been going on for about 10 years. Soldiers are bored and tired. Odysseus, who was also loved by Athena thanks to his intelligence, comes up with the idea of making a wooden horse. According to the plan, the Achaeans appear to be withdrawing from the war, leaving behind a very large wooden horse. While Odysseus and other distinguished commanders hide inside the horse, the others go to sea and hide the ships behind Bozcaada, where the Trojans cannot see them. In order for the plan to work, they leave an Achaean soldier with the horse, whose task is to ensure that the wooden horse enters the walls of Troy. Seeing the Achaeans retreat, the Trojans go to the giant wooden horse in front of the western gate in surprise. Meanwhile, the Achaean soldier named Sinon, who appeared, says that he hates the Greeks, that they chose him as a victim in order for the Achaeans to return the necessary wind, and that he escaped.
